This website is a personal portfolio. It is designed to process as little personal data as possible:

• no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools,
• no contact forms, newsletter or user accounts,
• fonts and videos are served from this website’s own server – no data is sent to Google, YouTube or other third parties while you browse,
• external platforms are only reached when you actively click a link.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, California, USA (“Netlify”). When you visit the website, Netlify automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits, in particular:

• IP address,
• date and time of the request,
• requested page or file,
• referrer URL (the page you came from),
• browser type, version and operating system.

Purpose: delivering the website, ensuring its stability and security, and detecting and preventing misuse.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in a secure and reliably functioning website.
Storage period: log data is stored only as long as necessary for these purposes and is then deleted or anonymised.

Data processing agreement and transfer to the USA: Netlify processes data on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), where the provider is certified, and/or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR). 4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. No user profiles are created.

5. Fonts and videos

All fonts and preview videos are hosted locally on this website’s server. Videos are only loaded when you start them. No connection to external font or video services is established.

6. Copy buttons

The buttons for the email address and the Discord username only copy the respective text to the clipboard of your device. No data is transmitted.

7. Links to external platforms

This website links to external services such as YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, X, Discord and Higgsfield. No data is transferred to these providers before you click a link. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. The affiliate link to Higgsfield contains a referral code; Higgsfield may use it on its own website to attribute a sign-up.

8. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, I process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Storage period: your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
